Building Surveying

Principal Designer/CDM Client Adviser
We have a strong track record in providing Principal Designer Services as per the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, with a specialty in Distillery/DSEAR sites.
As both Incorporated and Certified Members of the Association of Project Safety we can assure competence and experience and through early engagement with the Design Team during the design phase can drive both compliance and legal discharge of duties.
Drone Inspection/Survey
Utilising our sub 250g mini drone with 48MP lens and 4K MP4 filming we are able to legally fly within close proximity to people and buildings, allowing close inspection of building in populated and built-up area. All flights are carried out by qualified and experienced pilots and with CAA compliant insurances.
Drones are not the magic tool negating the need for good old hands on surveying, but they are a very useful tool where quick non-disruptive high level inspection is required or where other means of safe access is not available.
